I am Tulsi Regmi, Ph.D. I am Professor of Contruction Engineering at the Centre for Contruction and Engineering Technologies of George Brown College in Toronto, Canada.

I completed my doctoral degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Missouri at Columbia, Missouri, USA in 2000. I earned a master degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri at Columbia, Missouri. I completed my bachelor and master degrees in Construction Engineering from Kiev Civil Engineering Institute, Ukraine. My research interests include environmental impact assessment, sustainability in construction, and green technologies.

In an attempt to introduce to the world the diverse cultures of Nepal and demonstrate their influence on the cuisine of Nepal, I have authored a comprehensive cookbook titled "Creative Nepali Cooking with Tulsi Regmi."
